Former Coventry City youngster Chukki Eribenne has signed for Hinckley United.

Chukki played with the likes of Gary McSheffrey and Callum Davenport in the team which was beaten by West Ham 9-0 on aggregate in FA Youth Cup Final of 1999.

He left City for AFC Bournemouth and had spells at Havant & Waterlooville, Weymouth, Grays, Ebbsfleet and Sutton United.

The striker has signed a pay as you play deal at the Greene King Stadium and Dean Thomas told the CT: "I'm delighted Chukki has agreed to sign with us. "He adds a wealth of experience to the front line and can play with his back to goal and above all, knows where the goal is.

Eribenne will be in good company as Hinckley already have former City youngsters Ange Lourougnon, Andy Gooding, Andy Hall, Matty West and Stuart Giddings on their books.
