Chelsea are investigating claims of racial abuse directed at former Coventry City youngster Danny Sturridge.
According to the BBC, the incident involving Sturridge happened during Chelsea's 1-1 Champions League draw at Genk and the BBC say that 'a complaint was lodged by a Chelsea executive club member who is said to have heard the fan say, "They are bringing on the monkeys", when the 22-year- old came on as a substitute.'
Chelsea have said they are investigating, according to an official statement.
