Coventry City are due a payment from AFC Bournemouth after former striker Callum Wilson made his England U21 debut tonight against France

Wilson was on the bench for a game which saw Harry Kane score twice in the pouring rain at Brest in the opening twenty three minutes.

Yaya Sanogo pulled one back in the 28th minute and France were level when Sonobo scored against just before half-time.

In the 65th minute, Wilson came on and was soon helping England clear their lines as the French attacked.

The Cov kid could do nothing as the French attacked in the 73rd minute and Goman scored with a strike on the right to put France in front and send England to a 3-2 defeat which was their first under Gareth Southgate.
