Burge Delight At Nuneaton Survival

Coventry City keeper Lee Burge has said that he is delighted that Nuneaton Town will have another season of Conference Premier football.

The Hereford born keeper and defender Arron Phillips were sent to Nuneaton to help Kevin Wilkin's side achieve safety in their first season back in the Conference and this happened last night when draws for Stockport County, Gateshead and Tamworth, ensure Nuneaton's mathematical survival.

Speaking to Nick Connoll, Lee Burge said: "Me and Aaron really wanted to try and help the lads out and now that's gone the right way it's good to know the club can prepare for another season in that league and concentrate on seeing out this season on Saturday in style without that added pressure."
