Southend United boss Phil Brown has said that his side must be on top form if they are to beat Coventry City tomorrow.
Brown told his club's website: “We need total buy-in again from everyone, not just the first 11 but the entire squad.
“It’s a good formation on a combined front; it makes us defensively sound, give creativity in the midfield play and adds potency in the attack.
“When you are playing the Coventry’s of this division, you have to be about your game, and if we bring our ‘A’ game, we’re more than capable of competing.”
