Bobby Gould Wants Director Of Football Role?

According to reports, former Coventry City player and twice manager Bobby Gould has indicated that he had been interested in becoming the next Director Of Football, replacing Ken Dulieu who was ousted from his paid role last week.

Gould, now a radio presenter, was manager to Andy Thorn at Wimbledon and has a footballing pedigree that previous incumbent Ken Dulieu could only dream of.

However, with new owners possibly on the horizon and subject to SISU agreeing to their terms, there is no guarantee that the new owners will want Andy Thorn, who has presided over a team that is bottom and adrift at the foot of the Championship table, to continue in his managerial role, along with Steve Harrison.
