The striker picked up a groin injury in the home game against Reading and although he played the final four minutes of the 1-1 draw at Crystal Palace, he has not featured since.
Best has trained this week and will be in the squad which has concerns about Clinton Morrison. The leading goalscorer has a knee injury.
"Leon Best trained again this week and he will be okay for the weekend, although Clinton hasn't trained," said Chris Coleman to the CT.
"He had a knee problem last week and played on Saturday, which didn't do him any favours, but he should be okay for the weekend."
