Away Match Record Cards To Go?

Last updated : 12 April 2006 By Covsupport
Covsupport has been informed that the away match record card scheme which gives priority to those who regularly attend away matches is to be scrapped.

The system proposed to the club by Kev Monks following the debarkle over tickets for an FA Cup tie at Everton in 1999 has put an end to mass queueing and ensures that supporters know when tickets can be purchased and the ticket office has enough staff to cope with these times of high demand.

The away card system works well both at Coventry and at a number of clubs around the country including Arsenal and Covsupport hopes that the club will listen to its staff in the ticket office and have a re-think on this.

Away season tickets will continue to be available to season ticket holders.
