According to the Newcastle Chronicle, Newcastle United are keeping Adam Armstrong at Coventry City.
The loan of the striker is due to expire on January 16th but it looks like that will be extended for the rest of the season after Geordies boss Steve McClaren told the Chronicle: “I think it’s a season long loan, but we still have a recall on that whenever we want.
“But we are leaving him at Coventry for now.”
