Former Coventry City loanee Gary Gardner has joined Nottingham Forest on loan again.
Gardner, who made four appearance for City, scoring once in 2011, joined Forest on loan from Aston Villa last season and has done the same this season after agreeing a loan deal until the end of the season.
Forest boss Dougie Freedman said to BBC Radio Nottingham: "His quality on the ball will help the squad. He brings a desire to do well.
"I want players who want to come here. Gary expressed a real strong interest.
"He said no to a few other clubs. I think Leeds were interested but he knocked them back to come to a club where he is loved and wanted."
