American Football Comes To Arena

American football side Coventry Cassidy Jets are to play at the Arena. The side which won the British AFL Division Two last season, will play at the Arena on Sunday May 28 after striking a deal with CCFC General manager Neil Bryson and Arena Coventry Limited's CEO Paul Fletcher.

American football has been played in the city for a number of years.

The Jets General Manager Peter Evans told the CET: "This is a superb opportunity for our organisation to show the Coventry public just how good we are."

Whether this will be a one off game or a regular event has not been announced.
