Ryan Allsopp, the former Coventry City loanee keeper has signed a new deal with AFC Bournemouth.

The keeper has signed a one year deal with the Premier League club and told their club website: "I feel I’ve got unfinished business.

“Obviously I played the first few games when we came into the Championship and I had a little bit of a sticky spell.

"The step up was a big step up and I didn’t realise how much of a big step up it was.

“I felt like I was finding my feet and then obviously I got ill and I feel that set me back quite a way, but now it is a massive time.

“I need to prove people wrong, not prove people wrong, but prove people that I am good enough to be at Bournemouth and that I can keep up with the rapid success that has been brought to the club and I feel I am capable of doing that.”
