The next transfer window deadline for Football League clubs will close at 6pm, the Football League have said.
11pm has been the usual time for clubs to get their business done by but for the deadline on September 1st, the Premier League originally announced a 5pm deadline.
It was assumed that this 5pm deadline would also apply to clubs in the Football League. However, the Football League are saying today that the deadline is 6pm.
