38th Time For City V Walsall

Coventry City face Walsall FC on Saturday at Sixfields for the 38th time in league fixtures (weather permitting).

Of those previous 37 fixtures, City have won on sixteen occasions with eleven draws. The last win for City game at the Bescot Stadium earlier this season.

Last season, City beat Walsall 5-1 at the Ricoh Arena. Walsall took the lead through a Blair Adams own goal, but a brace from Carl Baker and David McGoldrick and one for Cyrus Christie saw the Sky Blues romp to victory.

That was Walsall's heaviest defeat and the Saddlers biggest win in Coventry was a 3-0 League Cup victory.
