Financial Director Julie Chambers said, "Year One was such an astounding success for us, and we can't thank our visitors from Britain and all over the world enough and our of course our wonderful volunteers. We expected to be in this position in possibly year three, but opportunities arose and we are looking at more great gallery space and our very own entrance, it's very exciting."

The museum has welcomed over four and a half thousand visitors since it opened, with people coming to find the community based project from forty four countries.

It has remained at number one out of seventy entries on the influential Trip Advisor site in the "what to do in Coventry" section for fourteen months constantly.

In May, it was used by UK Music as a positive example on how to market music tourism. It's proud to have Neville Staple, Pete Waterman, Frank Ifield and Hazel O'Connor as its Honorary Patrons.

You could be part of it when the new areas open in the spring, the new temporary exhibition gallery is looking for a name and a sponsorship deal,
