Warwickshire duo Jon Trott and Ian Bell were amongst the runs today for England in their opening test match against Sri Lanka at Cardiff.
England lost Alistair Cook for 133 and Kevin Pietersen who made three before he was trapped lbw by Herarth but Trott carried on in the same vein as he had done yesterday.
His double century came in 398 balls and saw 17 fours. He eventually was out for 203 when he was bowled by Dilshan.
Trott's Warwickshire team-mate Ian Bell made 98 not out from 152 balls, hitting ten fours and a six before the end of play came with England on 491-5, some 91 runs ahead.
