David Zebriskie won the Individual Team Trial on the sixth stage of the Tour Of California.

With the "60 Minutes" programme going live in America which saw Tyler Hamilton handing back his Olympic medal and George Hincapie accusing Lance Armstrong of taking PEDS, something strongly denied by the highly likeable and respected Hincapie who tweeted: "I can confirm to you I never spoke with "60 Minutes." I have no idea where they got their information.", the Amgen Tour of California continued with a 24km time trial around Solvang.

Zabriskie finished the course in a time of 30 mins and 16 seconds. Levi Leipheimer who could have taken the leaders jersey had he won, gave it all he had but came in 14 seconds back to take second place, whilst race leader Chris Horner finished in sixth place which was enough to keep in the leaders jersey for another day.

Stage seven tomorrow is from Claremont to Mt Baldy and is 121.9km long.
