Coventry Blaze Coach Chuck Weber has paid tribute to the fans who supported the team in their 5-3 win at Nottingham Panthers yesterday.
Weber told the Blaze website: "It was a great group that travelled with us today. They were loud and cheered for us through the Panthers introductions and it was great to see.
"Heading into 2016 we're going to continue to put the hard work in. Continue to stay with us, continue to support us, continue to cheer us in the New Year. Our fans push us along, our fans are the biggest thing that drive our engine, they are our fuel, they keep supplying us with the energy at home and on the road and if they continue to do that it allows us to play a more high octane game."
