Warwicks Seconds Beaten Again

Warwickshire Second Eleven lost their second 2020 game against    Worcestershire by eight wickets.

Worcestershire won the first 2020 game at Kidderminster by eleven runs and in the second game, Warwicks batted first.

Varun Chopra made seventy six, Tom Lewis six, Will Porterfield twelve and skipper Freddie Coleman forty eight as Warwicks completed their innings on 184-4 with Jonathan Webb unbeaten on forty.

Oliver Hannon-Dalby had d'Oliveira caught by Gordon for eight and Webb had Kervezee who had made 65 from 39 balls caught by Adair as Worcestershire made up ground and needed forty two from the remaining thirty five balls.

Kohler-Cadmore made fifty from thirty six balls to help the home side into a situation where they needed fifteen from twenty balls.

Kohler-Cadmore finished on 79 not out and Whiteley on an unbeaten 35 as Warwicks went down to an eight wicket defeat.
