At Trent College, Notts batted first and made 124-8 from their twenty overs with their middle order batsmen in Fletcher 27 not out, Fish 25 and Brown 21, making most of the runs.
Oliver Hannon-Dalby took 3-22 from four overs with Adair taking 3-15 from four overs.
Warwicks batted and lost Mellor for six in the third over but Lewis with an unbeaten 68 and Lambert with an unbeaten half century steered Warwicks to a nine wicket win.
