Warwickshire County Cricket Club drew with Middlesex on the final day of their County Championship game at Lords.

Warwicks batted on from their overnight second innings score of 58-2 and moved the score onto 105 when Jon Trott got himself run out after making 29.

Varun Chopra had made 73 of Warwicks 125 runs but when he was trapped lbw by Harris, a collapse started and in the space of two runs, Warwicks lost Laurie Evans for seven and then Roland-Jones removed Ricky Clarke for one and Keith Barker without scoring after facing two balls.

Jeetan Patal offered some resistance making 27 from forty balls but Roland-Jones removed him to record a four wicket haul and Middlesex were able to get Ambrose out for 16 and Chris Wright for nine and Warwicks all out for 187 to give themselves a target of 270 in fifty four overs.

Middlesex had made eighty when Ricky Clarke struck in the 27th over to get Robson caught for 29 and then Nic Compton caught by Chopra in his second ball.

Boyd Rankin bowled Eoin Morgan who had made two and then Frankin for nine.

Joe Burns passed the fifty mark to see the Londoners needing another 150 from eighteen overs. Burns was the fifth man out, losing his wicket for 72 when he was stumped by Tim Ambrose off the bowling of Jeetan Patal.

Middlesex batted until the 50th over and were 152-5 when the match was declared a draw
