Movistar's Allejandro Valverde won the Trofeo Serra de Tramuntana in Mallorca this afternoon.
A ten man group went away early before they were caught on the Coll De Soller.
Alexandr Kolobnev of Katusha and Blanco's Bram Tankink took over at the front but were caught at the top by Valverde, Team Sky's Serge Henao, Rui Costa of Movistar and Blanco's Robert Gesink.
On the descent, they built up a forty five second lead and Valverde sprinted to the finish line to take the win in the third event of the Mallorca Challenge.
Ben Swift finished fifth with fellow Brit Ian Bibby in tenth place.
