Topsport's Elliott Lietaer won the second stage of the Boucles De La Mayenne in France.
Mike Teunissen of the Rabobank Development team was the race leader going into this second 184km stage from Jublains to Montaigu but lost his jersey as Lietar took victory in a sprint followed by his team mate Tom Van Asbroeck and then Rossetto, Brice Feillu, Larrinaga, Gerard, Backaert, Le Bon and Nauleau.
That third place for Stephane Rossetto of the Big Mat team means that Rossetto now leads the race going into the final stage.
