Radio Shack's Levi Leipheimer won the US Pro Cycling Challenge on a day when Daniel Oss won the final stage.

The last day of racing of what has been a good tour apart from the some technical problems in broadcasting the pictures to the 130 countries around the world showing this race was from Golden to Denver and saw Oscar Sevilla, Javier Megias, Lachlan Norris and Matt Cooke, who lives in nearby Bolder, break away

They were still clear as they got into Denver for six laps of the Colorado city before the finish.

Liquigas did most of the work to try and bring back the quartet who were still two minutes clear with 23 miles to go.

Cadel Evans had a puncture but got back into the peloton, which again had Ivan Basso riding for Viviani who had won two stages.

With just over 11 miles to go, Megias went away as the peloton were twenty seconds behind the other three.

The Spaniard was caught with 6.7 miles to go. New Zealand national champion Hayden Roulston of HTC Highroad went away, followed by Oscar Alvarez and Ryan Roth.

Andy Schleck tried to bridge the gap but was soon back in the main field.

Ryan Roth attacked and it was all back together for the final kilomtetre. Daniel Oss was waitin to lead out Viviani but was allowed to win by his own team mate. Britain's Daniel Lloyd was ninth.

Levi Leipheimer was in the bunch sprinting it out to ensure that he won the race overall.
