Coventry Bees have announced that the Bees will have first call on the services of both Danny King and Stuart Robson in the Elite League this season.
Where a rider competes in both Elite and Premier Leagues, priority is with the rider’s parent club in the event of a clash of fixtures.
However, neither King and Robson are riding for their parent clubs this season, so the Bees can have them when they need them
Coventry co-promoter Neil Watson said to the Bees website: “I fully understand it’s been a frustration for supporters in recent years that on several occasions we’ve had to make changes because of fixture clashes, especially in home matches.
“It’s something we’ve worked hard to limit as much as possible this winter, and to have confirmation over Danny and Stuart is very positive.
“This means we should have much more consistency over team selection this year, and I’m sure everyone will welcome that.”
