Coventry Blaze Ice Hockey team came from behind to win 7-6 in over-time at Manchester Storm tonight.

The Blaze were ahead through Bjorn Bombis and went two goals up when Brett Robinson netted, assisted by Zajac, and Marquardt with 3.04 left of the first period.

Robin Bergman scored a third, assisted by Boutin before Cody Cartier pulled a goal back.

Paul Phillips scored a second for the Storm who then equalised and had Phillips fire home a fourth goal.

Into the final period and Marquardt equalised for the Blaze with fourteen minutes to go.

Cartier put Manchester back in front and they further increased that lead after capitalising on a Godfrey error before the Blaze had a fifth goal when Matt Marquardt completed his hat-trick.

The comeback was complete when Robin Bergman scored to make it 6-6 just before the hooter went.

That meant five minutes of 3 v 3 and Brett Robinson scored with 2.29 left of over-time to give the Blaze the win.
