Coventry Bees Win At Wolves

Coventry Bees won 50-40 at Wolverhampton tonight in an Elite League fixtures.

The league leaders were able to field a strong team with James Sarjeant but they went down to a 5-1 loss in the opening heat.

In heat two, the Bees had Sarjeant disqualified for leaving the track after the heat was twice stopped. That allowed Wolves to take another 5-1 win.

Joonas Kylmakorpi won in heat three as the Bees took a 5-1 and Danny King won in a 3-3, Wolves took another 5-1 to go 19-11 up.

Chris Harris and Hans Andersen took a 5-1 but after a 3-3, Wolves took a 4-2 in a re-run heat eight.

Heats nine and ten finished in 3-3's but in heat eleven, the Bees were back to winning ways with the first of three 5-1's to go ahead.

Heat fourteen finished in a 3-3 and in the final heat, Hans Andersen and Chris Harris rode to a re-run 5-1 and give the Bees a 50-40 and some valuable away points.
