Coventry Bees Lose To Poole Again

Coventry Bees were beaten 43-47 by Poole in the Elite Shield 2nd Leg at Brandon tonight.

The Bees had Krzysztof Kasprzak back and he won the first heat with Jason Garrity in a 5-1.

After a 3-3 and a win for Coventry's Josh Bates, Poole who won the first heat 59-34 took a 4-2.

Hans Anderson was disqualified in heat four and Bates and Woryna rode to a 5-1.

Poole came back with a 5-1 and 4-2 to level things up at eighteen each.

Kasprzak and Harris rode to a 5-1 in heat seven but back came Poole again with two 5-1's.

Chris Harris won in a 3-3 and after the interval, a re-run heat eleven  brought a victory for Kasprzak in a 3-3 before James Sarjeant won in a 4-2.

Kasprzak rode to a 5-1 win but a 4-2 and a 5-1 to Poole in the last two heats meant that the Bees went down to a 47-43 defeat and an aggregate 103-77 defeat.
