Coventry Bears Throw It Away At Oxford

Coventry Bears Rugby League side were beaten 24-20 at Oxford.

The Bears were on the scoreboard first with a Coleman try which Parker converted and then Oxford levelled before the Bears were back in front when Liam Thompson went over thanks to a Cameron Boulter pass and Parker again converted.

Into the second half and Ben Parry went over for Cov with Parker converting to increase their lead which was reduced to eight points when Oxford scored a second try.

Then, Oxford ran in two more tries to take the lead. Parker kicked a penalty to get the Bears level but Oxford scored a late try to beat The Bears 24-20.
