Bretagne-Séché Environnement will go into the Tour De France looking for the highest possible finishing place.

The nine man team of  Frédéric Brun, Armindo Fonseca, Pierre-Luc Périchon, Eduardo Sepulveda, Anthony Delaplace, Pierrick Fédrigo, Brice Feillu, Arnaud Gérard et Florian Vachon, named by the Brittany based side does not have a sprinter and is concentrating on the General Classification contest.

"The highest possible rank" is the objective assigned by BSE General Manager Emmanuel Hubert to his team

Sepulveda had a second place in the Tour of Turkey and a 5th place at the Route du Sud, where he closely followed Alberto Contador and Nairo Quintana to the summit of the Port of Balès.

"We also target a few stages, said Hubert. " Pierrick Fedrigo and Brice Feillu probably will have a go in the Alps, but we also have other cards to shoot,  so why not the Fougeres and the Mûr-de-Bretagne stages?

Speaking about why neither of the teams sprinters in  Romain Feillu and Yauheni Hutarovich, had been included, Hubert said: "It was a difficult choice but Roman was in recent weeks below the level required  for the Tour.

"We feared for Yauheni, he had great difficulty in crossing the Pyrenees as well facing all the best riders in the first week of the Tour, but his season is far from over. "
