Bos Wins Tour Of Alberta Stage Four

Belkin's Theo Bos has won stage four of the Tour Of Alberta.

Tom Dumoulin led the peloton out on a 163km stage from Edmonton to Strathcona County.

Jonny Clarke, Bruno Langlois, Passeron, Daniel, Jacob Kauffman & Hadi the Rwandan formed the early break and were joined by Hamilton and Livermon to form a group which was 2.20 ahead with 55kms gone.

Their lead maximised at four minutes but was down to 1.40 with 46kms to go.

Eventually, t he gap came down to thirty seconds with just over eleven kilometres left.

On a final stage for the sprinters, theeight riders started on the finishing lap with a fifteen second lead. The break broke into two groups of four and despite the effects of Nic Hamilton of Jelly Belly, they were caught before the penultimate lap started.

Matt Goss went to the front before Adam Farable stole a march and went under the flam rouge .

He was chased down and UnitedHealthCare got three men on the front ahead of Belkin who had Theo Bos time it right and take the win in 3.42.51 ahead of Impey and Krojan

Tom Dumoulin continues to lead the race going into the final stage around Edmonton.
