Blaze Make it A Double Win Against Fife

Coventry Blaze Ice Hockey team beat Fife Flyers 4-2 this evening.

After the 1-0 win at Fife Flyers on Saturday last night, it was all back to the Sky Dome for the second Elite League game of the season.

The Blaze took the lead on 4.26 when Mike Egener scored, assisted by Ashley Tait.

Into the second and Fife levelled through Jordan Fulton on 21.44 but Kyle Bochek got the Blaze back in front with a powerplay goal, assisted by Steve Goertzen. However, on 29.34, Fife drew level through Kyle Haines.

Coventry were back in front for a third time when Ben Arnt scored on 43:19, assisted by Ashley Tait and Ryan O'Marra, who set up Russ Cowley for a fourth on 59.40 with an empty net goal.
