Coventry Blaze were beaten 6-3 at Cardiff Devils tonight.
The Blaze trailed to a goal on 09.07 from Martin who scored again early in the second period.
Darcy Zajac pulled a goal back, assisted by Bombis to give the 130 or so Blaze fans some joy but Morissette scored a third for Cardiff before the home side netted a fourth and fifth goal.
Josh Godrey scored a second for the Blaze who had a third through Brett Robinson.
However, the Devils scored a late empty net goal and it was a defeat for Coventry Blaze.
