Bees Hammer Wolves

Coventry Bees hammed Wolves in an Elite League meeting tonight at Brandon.

The Bees had Stuart Robson and Adam Roynon guesting and had rider replacement for Chris Harris and they took a 5-1 win in the opening heat with Hans Andersen winning ahead of Robson.

Two 3-3's were followed by a win in a 4-2 for Jason Garrity and after some track grading, Andersen and Robson rode to a 5-1 win in the fifth heat.

Scott Nicholls, guesting for Wolves took a tactical ride in heat six due to Wolves being 20-10 and finished second to see the visitors take a 5-3.

There were wins for Robson and Hansen in two 4-2's either side of some track grading and the Bees further increased their lead with two 5-1's.

Wolves lost Karlsson due to a back as The Bees went down to a 4-2 loss in an awarded heat eleven which was re-run and then saw Roynon crash.

Robson rode to a 5-1 and after a 3-3, Hansen did the same and although Wolves took a 4-2 in the final heat, the Bees cruised to a 58-34 victory.
