Top of the Elite League Coventry Bees take on Belle Vue tonight at Brandon (7.30pm).

The Bees will be naming a guest as James Sarjeant is still injured but they will have Chris Harris who rides before heading off to Teranzano in Italy for a Grand Prix Qualifier.

Belle Vue will being in former Bees rider Aaron Summers to ride in place of Max Fricke.

Bees manager Gary Havelock said: “Aaron certainly knows the fastest way around Brandon, and the Leicester match last week proved that you can’t really take anybody for granted.

“It will be tough, but we just need to keep winning at home. We have to try and keep the pressure on Poole for finishing top, because if we start losing a couple of matches it will become much easier for them to pull away.

“If we keep winning at home and keep picking up points away, they’ve got to do the same.”
