Coventry Bees drew 45-45  at Belle Vue tonight.

The Bees had Paul Starke guesting and had Hans Andersen win the first heat in a 3-3 which saw Stuart Robson excluded and replaced by Jason Garrity.

Starke won in a 3-3 before Scott Nicholls beat Chris Harris for a 4-2 which was cancelled out by Danny King winning in a 4-2 heat that saw former Coventry Storm rider Stefan Nielsen crash out.

Stuart Robson won heat five in a 3-3 before Andersen and Harris won in a 5-1.

Danny King crashed in heat seven as the Bees went down to a 4-2 defeat which meant that the Bees now led by two points.

A 3-3 was followed by Belle Vue levelling with a 4-2 before Andersen won in a 3-3 and the home side took a 5-1 win.

Jason Garrity and Starke rode to a 5-1 in heat twelve to level the scores at 36-36 and in heat thirteen, Chris Harris got a win along with Andersen, only for Belle Vue to tie the meeting once again with a 5-1 of their own.

That meant it was everything to play for going into the final heat and although Chris Harris won, Zagar and Grajczonek were second and third, a long way ahead of Hans Andersen and it was a 3-3 that meant a 45 all draw.
