Stratford Town Up Into Southern league Premier Division

Stratford Town are into the Southern League Premier Division after a 3-2 victory over Larkhall Athletic.    

In a Southern League South & Western Division Play-Off Final against Larkhall Athletic, Stratford got off to the best possible start when Thompson-Brown played in Arron Moses-Garvey who scored with a shot into the bottom corner of the net with only three minutes gone.

The majority of the 1,054 record breaking crowd at the DCS Stadium were even happier when a quick break saw Kevin Charley slip the ball through to Joe Halsall who fired home a second goal.

In the 61st minute, Kevin Charley hit the post and Tyrone Fagan reacted first to make it three but back came Larkhall with a Tumulty goal direct from a corner and an 81st minute Sibbick header to reduce Straford's lead and set up a grandstand finish.

Stratford were hanging on byut they held out and booked their place in the Premier Division next season with a 3-2 win.
