Coventry Sphinx are hoping for a bumper gate when they take on Racing Club Warwick at Sphinx Drive on Boxing Day.

With the Sky Blues away at Swansea and all the other main non-league sides not in action until Saturday, Sphinx are hoping that by being the only game around Coventry & Warwickshire, the attendance for this Midland Alliance fixture will get a massive boost.

Both sides let in five goals at the weekend with Sphinx having to play most of the game at Studley with ten men and Paul Charnley's side go into the game looking to get back into the top three after slipping to fifth in recent weeks.

For those of you in need of an excuse to get out of the house on Boxing Day morning, kick off at Sphinx Drive is at 12 noon with the bar open from 11am.
