Glover: I Want To Help Players Get A Contract

Coventry City U21's coach Lee Glover has said that his job over the coming months is to help get the players up to a standard where they are capable of a contract for next season and beyond.

Speaking after a woeful and frankly unacceptable performance against Barnsley, who were bottom of the league without a point, Glover, who has yet to manage a winning City side told Matt Joyce: "I will have a team meeting today and I'll also meet the players individually - they need to know where they stand at getting a contract, everybody will know exactly where they stand and they can build on that.

"My job is over the next six months to try and help the players get to the standard of a contract."
