Coventry City U18's Coach Jason Farndon has said that his side ground out a result in their 3-2 win at Crewe on Saturday.
Speaking to Keiran Crowley, Farndon said: "In our last game against Crewe it wasn't a great performance but over the past week we've shown great mentality to get two wins from the last two away games.
"The squad is stretched and this week has shown how important all the squad is going to be with the fixture pile up in the 18s, 21s and with the Birmingham Senior Cup coming up.
"But we've shown good character this week in particular and we want to keep this form going. We ground out the result at Crewe and it's a good mentality to have, let's keep it going."
