Coventry City U21's have appointed Lee Glover as their new Senior Professional Development Coach.

Glover, the former Nottingham Forest player who has worked at Burton Albion will take over U21 duties allowing Jamie Clapham to spend more time on first team duties.

Speaking about the appointment, Mowbray said to Keiran Crowley:"I'm delighted to welcome Lee to the club after a lengthy recruitment process which attracted a high calibre of applicants.

"We've been looking for the right person to manage the Under-21s so that the group will receive a good mix of skill-based training and first-team exposure.

"Lee is vastly experienced in the game and I'm sure the group will benefit from the coaching experience he has obtained working under Nigel Clough and Steve McClaren at Derby County."
