Instructors from the Hertford Street Recruitment Office in Coventry, will be taking the City players on team building exercises and giving them motivational talks as part of the deal.
Sergeant Ali Martin told City's matchday programme: "We see this as a long term relationship between the Royal Air Force and Coventry City Football Club.
"Our outreach staff will be visiting the academy players on regular visits and putting them through similar exercises that we give our potential recruits."
