By car: Leave the M6 at junction 3. Take the A444 towards the City centre and at the first island go left and you will see the Ricoh Arena on your right.


By rail: For all train information call National Rail Enquiries on: 08457 48 49 50, but be warned Coventry station is a £10+ taxi ride away. Take the 27 bus from the train station get off at Pool Meadow bus station and catch the 4 or 5 service. Or go out of doors and over the road by Sainsburys and get the 20, getting off the by Tescos.
 
Parking: Car parking is extremely restricted around the ground. Street parking outside the exclusion zone is available if you are prepared to walk.

City supporters can now pay on the day to park at the Ricoh Arena before Coventry City home games. £10 will be charged to park in Car Park A and C with £7 for Car Park B.

Parking places are subject to availability and motorists will not be allowed to leave the car parks A & B for twenty minutes after the final whistle.
 
Park And Ride
The park and ride site is at The Oak Pub  in Baginton near to Coventry Airport. Parking at the two park and walk sites at Christ the King Football Club in Wheelwright Lane and St Finbarrs and Wayside Business Park in Wilsons Lane.  Vehicles can park there for £5.50 per game.

COVENTRY SPHINX V COVENTRY CITY
TUESDAY AUGUST 2ND AT 7PM
AT SPHINX DRIVE, SIDDLEY AVENUE, COVENTRY, CV3 1WA

From M42/A45 - follow A45 towards Coventry. Landmarks to follow: right hand side Large Land Rover dealership (Guy Salmon), and Windmill Village hotel - left hand side,  Quality hotel. You will then see the Coventry Hill Hotel  on left hand side. Take the slip road by the hotel which is sign posted Coventry city centre. At the first island take the second exit , at the next island take the third exit on to the Holyhead Road A4114( Tollgate Pub on  right hand side of road) stay on this road for approx 2.5 miles, you will reach the end of this road at the Ring Road. Turn left to enter onto Coventry Ring Road at Junction 8.  Continue on ring road until Junction 3, sign posted (M69), Exit ring road to left. Follow road round to the right to a traffic island, straight ahead and road called Sky Blue Way.  Stay on this road follow signs towards Binley. Stay on this road, Binley Road (A428) eventually you will see a row of shops on the left and the Bulls Head Pub on the right. After the Bulls head, next right into Biggin Hall Crescent and follow road round until the 5th road on left Siddeley Avenue. Approximately 30 yards inside Siddeley Avenue you will come to a bend where the entrance to the club is situated. Please note that the entrance to the ground is now called Sphinx Drive.

From M6 leave motorway at junction 3. Follow signs for Coventry. A444 (Phoenix Way) continue on the A444, until you reach the Binley Road island and sign posted Binley. Turn left at island into Binley Road (A428) eventually you will see a row of shops on the left and the Bulls Head Pub on the right. After the Bulls Head, next right into Biggin Hall Crescent,  and follow road round until the fifth road on left Siddeley Avenue  Approximately 30 yards inside Siddeley Avenue you will come to a bend where the entrance to the club is situated. Please note that the entrance to the ground is now called Sphinx Drive.

13 Bus towards Willienhall from Upper Trinity Street next to church and get off ot Empress Buildings with Bull Head pub on your right. Cross over and down Bulla Head Lane, bear right past the cricket ground with New Inn on your right. Follow the road round and Siddeley Avenue is second on the left. Other buses 34 from Pool Meadow bus station towards Walsgrave Hospital and get off at Empress Buildings.  4 towards Walsgrave Hospital from Pool Meadow bus station and get off at the stop by Bulls Head Lane and follow the road round. Siddeley Avenue is the first road on the right.

BY CAR:
All Directions: Exit M60 at junction 17 (s/p A56 Whitefield, Salford). At roundabout follow signs to `Whitfield A56, Radcliffe (A665), Bury A56' onto the A56. After 0.3 miles go straight over double traffic lights passing McDonalds on LHS (s/p Bury A56, Radcliffe A665). At lights after 0.8 miles (just after the `Bull's Head' pub) bear right (s/p Bury A56). Straight on at lights after 1.0 miles (s/p Town Centre). After 1.0 miles turn right (s/p Football Ground) into Gigg Lane. Ground is on right hand side after 0.1 miles.

FROM METROLINK STATION (Bury): 0.7 miles to ground. Trams run from Manchester Victoria and Manchester Piccadilly. By taxi: £1.50. By bus: Nos. 90, 92, 134, 135 and 137 run every ten minutes down Manchester Road past the end of Gigg Lane. By foot: This route takes in a couple of the pubs listed below. Turn left out of station along covered passageway and past various bus-stops. At T-junction with Haymarket Street (by the Chicago Rock Cafe) turn left. Straight over crossroads, down Knowsley Street. This comes out opposite ;`Sergios' and a white monument. Here, turn left along the Manchester Road, towards the `Staff of Life'. Turn left after about 0.5 miles into Gigg Lane. Last Midweek Trains: The Metrolink has a frequent service to both Manchester mainline stations. Please double-check on Metrolink (0161) 205 2000, and Rail Enquiries on (0345) 484 950.

BIRMINGHAM CITY V COVENTRY CITY

By Car
A45 from Coventry, past Airport and Sheldon to Bordsley Green. At round about, take the fourth right onto the B4128 Cattell Road and the ground is on your left.

Leave the M6 at Junction 6 and take the A38(M) (known locally as the Aston Expressway) for Birmingham City Centre. Continue past the first turn off (Aston, Waterlinks) and then take the next turn off, for the Inner Ring Road. Turn left at the island at the top of the slip road and take the Ring Road East, sign posted Coventry/Stratford. Continue along the ring road for two miles, crossing straight across three islands. At the fourth island (there is a large McDonalds on the far left hand corner) turn left towards Small Heath. Birmingham City's ground is about a 1/4 of a mile up this road on your left. The ground is well sign posted on the Inner Ring Road.

By Train
Adderley Park station is a ten-fifteen minute walk away. The 12.49 and 13.39 train from Coventry will both get you there in time for kick off. 17.17 and 17.44 back.

From Birmingham New Street
As you come onto the concourse of New St station, bear to the left of the escalators and through the glass doors. Walk down towards to the end of the Station Service Road. Cross to the other side of the road at the bottom (where there is a new shopping centre) turn right and follow the purple pedestrian signs for Digbeth Coach Station. These will see you descending a flight of stairs at the side of the shopping centre on your left and then going down a road with the Markets on your right and a large church on your left. Follow this road around to the right and then take the next left to take you up to the main dual carriage way. Turn right along the dual carriageway, passing Digbeth Coach Station on your right and the impressive looking Crown Pub on your left. Cross over the dual carriageway to the Crown pub side of the road and continue walking away from the City Centre. You will come to a fork in the road where you want to bear left going underneath a railway bridge. Passing the Clements Arms on your left just continue straight down this road, crossing a large roundabout (with a McDonalds over on one corner). The entrance to the away section is further up the road on your left.

Otherwise you can take the following buses from the city centre; 57A, 58 & 60. These can be caught near to Moor Street Railway Station on Queensway. 900 bus from Coventry also goes not far from the ground.

National Express from Coventry leaves at 12.40. Get off at Digbeth Coach Station and get the 97A and get off at Garrison Lane.

By Road:
Leave the M25 at Junction Seven and follow the signs for the A23 to Croydon. At Purley bear left onto the A23 at it's junction with the A235 (to Croydon). You will pass roundabouts and junctions with the A232 and A236 as you pass Croydon, after which the A23 bears left at Thornton Heath roundabout where you must take the fourth exit (A235) before an almost immediate left turn into Brigstock Road (B266). Continue past Thornton Heath Station on your left and bear right onto the High Street. At the next mini roundabout, (Whitehorse Road/Grange Road) go left into Whitehorse Lane and continue until you see the ground on your right.

By Rail:
Selhurst is well served by three overground train stations. Selhurst and Thornton Heath stations are served by London Victoria main line station, Clapham Junction, London Bridge (every 30 mins) and East Croydon (every 15 mins). You can also use Norwood Junction station which is served by London Bridge, East Croydon, Gatwick airport and a limited service from London Victoria.

By Bus:

From the north:
Approaching Middlesbrough on the A19 cross over the River Tees and take A66 eastbound towards Middlesbrough town centre. Stay on A66 past the town centre (on your right) and follow signs to the stadium which you will see on your left.

From the south: Leave the A1(M) at junction 49,signposted to Teesside,and join the A168, which after approximately 11 miles will become the A19. Approximately 19 miles later take the A66 eastbound towards Middlesbrough town centre. Stay on A66 past the town centre (on your right) and follow signs to the stadium which you will see on your left.

From the west: Leave the A1(M) at Junction 57 onto the A66(M). Follow signs to Teesside on the A66. In approximately 18 miles you will pass Middlesbrough town centre (on your right) and follow signs to the stadium which you will see on your left.

Car parking at Middlesbrough Football Club Matchday parking at the stadium is restricted to permit holders. You are advised to use town centre parking.

Middlesbrough station is located on Albert Road, a 10 to 15 minutes walk from the ground.
