Coventry City have confirmed that the problems being experienced by some City supporters trying to buy tickets on-line for the Johnstone's Paint Trophy Second Round game against Exeter City at The Ricoh Arena are being investigated.
The club have said: "We're aware of issue of some 14/15 Season Ticket holders who can't buy Exeter tickets online. Ticket website provider investigating."
