The Grimsby Town Safety Advisory Group have forced Coventry City to stop selling match tickets for the away game at Blundell Park tomorrow.

The group, in consultation with the local police force, have also acted to prevent City supporters from being able to pay on the day.

City have sold over 1250 tickets for the game and the Sky Blues have said via their club website: "Coventry City are disappointed that more of the Sky Blue Army will not be able to attend, despite both Grimsby and Coventry City anticipating on the day sales, but unfortunately this is beyond our control."
