No Price Increase For Derby Home Matchday Tickets

Coventry City have suspended their matchday price increase for Saturday's home game against Derby County.

Normally tickets bought on the day of a game are up to £4 dearer than those bought more than 24 hours in advance, but with a fire at the exchange which deals with credit card payments affecting things, City have decided that supporters will be able to pay cash on the turnstile at no extra charge.

Stephen Ebanks, Arena Ticketing Manager, said to Sky Blue Player: "The fire has had a devastating effect on the exchanges which take credit and debit card payments.

"Many fans have tried to buy online and at City Central and have been unable to do so so we have agreed to make the matchday price the same as the advance price.

"Hopefully, it will not cause too much inconvenience but supporters are best to arrive early and to bring cash to pay at the turnstiles."
