Coventry City's League Two game at Lincoln City on Saturday is a complete sell out.

With many City supporters keen to tick off a new ground, in what is a decent city to visit with good pubs etc, Coventry City supporters snapped up the 1400+ tickets that were available in the Stacey West Stand.

On Monday, Lincoln sold out all of their tickets for the game with Lincoln CEO Liam Scully telling Lincolnshire Live: “We’re completely at capacity so we’re now looking at people who aren’t coming to the game returning their tickets and getting them out there for people who have missed out.

“We sold out on Monday which is unbelievable for a league game this early on in the season. In my 16 years in football, I’ve never been involved in a situation like that.

“It shows what great support we’ve got. I think it’s down to the emotional investment everyone has got in the team. It’s fantastic to see.”
