Phoenix No Chance Of Rising From Blaze's Flame

KC Timmons hit a hat-trick as Coventry Blaze stuffed Manchester Phoenix tonight.

Having beaten Manchester Phoenix 4-0 last night, The Blaze took the lead in the first period of the game at Altrincham through Dan Carlson in the third minute. Manchester equalised through Defenceman Simon Mangos.

In the second period, Blaze were back in front through Danny Stewart, KC Timmons and Adam Calder with Manchester scoring through Sean Starke to make it 4-2 to Paul Thompson's team.

Four minutes before the end of the second period, Neal Martin added a fifth for the Blaze.

Into the Third Period and the Blaze were now on fire with KC Timmons netting two goals for the league leaders. The second being the Blaze's 100th league goal of the season.

Danny Stewart hit an eighth goal late on for Coventry's 20th win out of 23 league games
