Nuneaton Town will not be making their third consecutive appearance in the Birmingham Senior Cup Final after going down to a 1-0 defeat at Solihull Moors.

The game was only thirteen minutes old, when former City young keeper Neil Collett made a point blank save to concede a corner which Danny Spencer scored from.

The floodlights at Damson Parkway went out during the second half causing a stoppage in play and when play did resume, Kevin Wilkin's side which included former Sky Blue Adam Walker laid siege to the goal but could not find the net and prevent Solihull from going into the final.
