Kennett And Sayfutdinov Miss Out On World Cup Final

Coventry Bees speedway rider Ed Kennett only scored two points as Great Britain failed to qualify for Saturday's World Cup.

Kennett was part of a GB team whch included former Bees riders Chris Harris and Ben Barker in this run off in Poland.

However, despite fifteen points from Chris Harris, Great Britain only scored thirty points and finished in fourth place.

Coventry Bees number one rider Emil Sayfutdinov fared a lot better scoring nineteen points but he won't be going to the World Cup Final as his Russian team only amassed 33 points behind winners Australia who had 51 points and Sweden 44 points. 

Coventry Bees are back to action on Monday night at Eastbourne in a meeting which is live on Sky.
